Alison Teitelbaum, MS, MPH, CAE is an experienced executive leader, facilitator, and strategist who partners with nonprofit and association clients to tackle complex organizational challenges. She brings more than 20 years of experience leading operations, strategic planning, governance reform, and change management in mission-driven environments.

Having served as a senior executive at multiple national and international associations, Alison understands the pressures that leaders face and the realities of implementing strategy in resource-constrained settings.

She’s led multimillion-dollar turnarounds, revitalized leadership pipelines, and designed strategic conversations—from board meetings to cross-functional planning sessions—that align people around a shared vision.
